PHP Developer

Alsendo is a leading technology platform for shipment and delivery management. It provides tools and support for companies ranging from small businesses to large enterprises and e-commerce. The group includes brands such as Apaczka, Innoship, Ecolet, Zaslat, and Spedire. The technology team consists of about 50 people, including Developers, Testers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Architects, PO, and PM, working in small 3-4 person teams.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a PHP Developer
• Very good knowledge of PHP 7/8+ and practical experience in web service development
• Good knowledge of MySQL and basic familiarity with Symfony and Doctrine
• Experience in designing, implementing, and developing web applications
• Ability to create and develop REST API
• Practical experience writing unit tests
• Knowledge and ability to work with Docker and Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of Git and design patterns
• Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
• Independence, proactivity, and openness to new technologies

Nice to have:

• Experience optimizing database queries
• Knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design)
• Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB, Redis
• Familiarity with queuing systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka

• Development and maintenance of existing applications and services ensuring performance and quality
• Collaboration with business teams to create customer acquisition solutions
• Designing and implementing unit and integration tests to ensure system stability
• Creating and updating technical documentation to support the team
• Utilizing modern AI tools in daily work, testing new solutions, and exploring their application in development processes
• Participating in international projects working with experts from the group
• Actively developing technological and product competences as well as skills in using AI tools and collaborating in an international environment
