• Minimum 3 years of experience as a system analyst in software development projects within banking or insurance sectors
• Higher education degree in computer science, mathematics, or a technical field
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations
• Experience in creating functional and system documentation
• Broad knowledge of IT solutions, methodologies, standards, and software development tools
• Experience in system analysis, understanding of data structures and integration technologies
• Ability to identify and visualize dependencies between applications and system components
• Experience working in agile methodologies
• Developed communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Openness to change and willingness to share knowledge
• Independence and effective project decision-making

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect

• Participating in banking industry projects related to IT system development and optimization
• Conducting system analysis, modeling business processes and IT solutions using BPMN and UML
• Coordinating parts or whole of IT project work including analytical and programming estimations
• Identifying system problems and proposing solutions supporting business and technical processes
• Collaborating with project teams and business representatives to ensure high solution quality
• Creating and maintaining functional, system, and technical documentation
• Participating in system and business testing of IT solutions
• Analyzing dependencies and relationships among applications, interfaces, and system components
• Working in a hybrid model with one day per week at the Warsaw office
