Business Analyst

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in requirements elicitation using workshops, interviews, and document analysis
• Proficient in business process modeling (BPMN) and system modeling (UML)
• Skilled in preparing functional and non-functional requirement documentation
• Knowledge of requirement specification techniques such as User Stories, Use Cases, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready
• Experience in ensuring requirements traceability
• Ability to manage backlog and prioritize requirements with Product Owner
• Practical knowledge of distributed systems and integration technologies: REST API, gRPC, MQTT, IoT
• Experience defining performance, security, availability, and scalability requirements
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level

• Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business, functional, and non-functional requirements for Healthcare and IoT systems
• Facilitating workshops and consultations with business, technical, and regulatory stakeholders
• Modeling business processes and data flows using BPMN, UML, and other modeling techniques
• Preparing, maintaining, and versioning analytical documentation and requirement specifications
• Defining acceptance criteria and supporting backlog management in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Ensuring traceability of requirements from business needs to testing and solution deployment
• Collaborating with architects, project teams, and QA specialists to translate requirements into technical solutions and test scenarios
• Analyzing impact of changes and supporting regulatory compliance of solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, or regulated environments
• Knowledge of standards such as MDR, IEC 62304, ISO 13485
• Familiarity with interoperability standards HL7 and FHIR
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Prototyping skills using Figma
• Defining BDD scenarios with Gherkin
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Certifications such as IREB CPRE, IIBA CBAP, or CCBA
• Collaboration with QA teams in mapping requirements to test scenarios
