• Bachelor’s degree
• English level B2 confirmed by certificate or willingness to take exam
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional IT experience
• Minimum 4 years of project experience in similar position
• ISTQB Advanced certification or equivalent, or at least 3 additional years of test management experience beyond required minimum
• Expertise in testing including unit, integration, functional, performance, stress, acceptance, and regression testing
• Expert in designing test environments
• Hands-on experience testing complex systems
• Experience setting up test management tools for new projects
• Experience providing test documentation
• Experience leading testing in complex projects
• Practical knowledge of testing tools
• Analytical mind, attention to detail
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes
• Experience with Azure Devops Test Plans
• Hands-on experience creating SQL queries
• Hands-on experience testing SharePoint based applications

• Responsible for testing strategy and planning test activities
• Develops test plan, test cases and designs testing environment
• Implements, executes and debugs application test cases and scripts
• Validates and documents completion of testing and development
• Interprets test results, reports on test progress and issues
• Analyses functional and technical system design for testability
• Contributes to quality assurance in the project
• Documents tests and tracks defects
• Monitors test results
• Analyses quality of the system and reports on status and trends
• Cooperates with analysis, architects, software development, and service desk teams
