Senior AI Engineer

The company Scalo operates in an international environment and focuses on e-commerce projects. The role involves working on AI solutions supporting the entire SDLC and developing a tool to enhance engineering teams' productivity using LLM, automation, and intelligent workflows.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good knowledge of Python and experience with backend application development.
• Experience in building and integrating AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Practical knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector databases, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and Context Engineering.
• Experience designing microservices architecture.
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD.
• Experience with test automation and intelligent testing solutions.
• Good understanding of SDLC processes and best software engineering practices.
• Knowledge of ReactJS and Kotlin or mobile technologies is a plus.
• Experience with AI observability, prompt engineering, and model evaluation is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce or product environments is welcome.

• Participate in an e-commerce project involving AI technologies.
• Develop and integrate AI and LLM solutions supporting the entire SDLC.
• Design and develop a productivity tool for engineering teams using LLM, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Work remotely with occasional workshops in Kraków.
• Automate testing and implement intelligent test solutions.
