EU BID Manager

• 3+ years of experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management or Tender Management.
• Experience coordinating public sector tenders or procurement processes.
• Good understanding of government procurement procedures and public tender regulations (EU experience highly desirable).
• Previous experience in consulting, professional services, engineering, IT services or similar project-based environments.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written English with experience preparing proposal documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project is an advantage.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with EU institutions, government agencies or international public sector organisations.
• Additional European language(s).
• PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, PMI, Scrum or SAFe certifications.

• Lead the end-to-end bid management process, from opportunity qualification through proposal submission.
• Coordinate international proposal teams, ensuring effective planning, communication, and timely delivery.
• Analyse tender documentation and translate requirements into clear bid plans and deliverables.
• Ensure proposals comply with client procurement requirements and internal governance standards.
• Coordinate the preparation of technical, commercial, legal, and administrative documentation.
• Gather and validate project references, CVs, and supporting evidence required for public tenders.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, legal teams, and external consortium partners throughout the bidding process.
• Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and proposal progress across multiple concurrent tenders.
• Support clarification requests and contractual discussions with public sector clients.
• Drive continuous improvement of proposal management processes and best practices.
