Wymagania
- Hands-on experience with at least two programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Java or other relevant technologies
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Good knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
- A customer-focused and proactive mindset committed to delivering high-quality service, solving problems efficiently, and continuously improving processes and user experience
- Residence in Poland

- Previous experience in a technical support, application support, or service delivery role
Obowiązki
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable technical solutions
- Support IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Integration projects
- Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, project managers, and architects
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality technical support
- Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and enhance user experience
- Continuously develop your skills through training, certifications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
