Deloitte is hiring an AI Transformation Senior Consultant based in Prague to work on projects in banking, telco, automotive, and the public sector, focusing on realistic AI implementation and transformation strategies.
Wymagania
- 4-6 years experience in management/technology consulting, project management, or internal innovation/technology teams.
- Deep understanding of AI capabilities including LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, Machine Learning, NLP, and cognitive services on Azure, AWS, or GCP; no coding required but must understand technology and limitations.
- Ability to structure complex problems, work with data, and communicate insights to client executives.
- Ability to explain complex tech concepts clearly to developers and C-level executives.
- Professional fluency in English and native Czech/Slovak for daily communication and deliverables.
- Based in Prague.
Obowiązki
- Analyze existing client processes, identify AI deployment opportunities and build business cases including ROI calculations.
- Lead smaller project teams or manage specific workstreams in large transformation projects.
- Collaborate with technical architects and developers to design solutions.
- Define guidelines for ethical and secure AI use (AI Governance & Responsible AI).
- Guide clients through adoption by preparing training, managing change communication, and overcoming integration barriers.
- Participate in presales activities including proposal creation and client presentations.
Nice to have:
- Certifications in agile management (Scrum Master, Product Owner) or cloud technologies (e.g., Azure AI Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
- Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau) or basic programming (Python).
