Lead DevOps / SRE Engineer

Spyrosoft is an authentic software engineering company established in 2016, specializing in technology solutions for industry 4.0, automotive, geospatial, healthcare & life sciences, employee experience & education, and financial services industries. The role is within an international product organization building and operating a cloud-native platform supporting scalable digital services across markets.

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native application environments including deployment, scaling, and operations
• Advanced expertise in Kubernetes (cluster setup, workloads, autoscaling, high availability)
• Solid experience with AWS, including resource management and security best practices
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of observability practices (monitoring, logging, tracing)
• Ability to use at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, Node.js) for automation and tooling
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis
• Familiarity with SLI / SLO / SLA frameworks and error budgets
• Experience with cost optimization (FinOps mindset)
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (18/7, occasionally 24/7)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and support developer enablement

• Own the end-to-end reliability, scalability, and performance of the platform
• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments
• Drive platform improvements in collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices
• Enable teams through developer support, mentoring, and best practices
• Ensure strong observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) and proactive incident prevention
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets
• Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and security standards
• Contribute to platform strategy, architecture, and governance
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
