Senior Platform Engineer

• Extensive experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar senior infrastructure role.
• Deep expertise in AWS services including EKS, IAM, VPC, EC2, and RDS.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, administration, cluster lifecycle management, and application delivery.
• Hands-on experience securing multi-tenant Kubernetes environments using RBAC, Network Policies, Pod Security Standards (PSS/PSA), and namespace isolation.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform with modular and reusable design principles.
• Proven expertise with Helm and GitOps tools, especially Argo CD.
• Experience building secure, automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices including branching strategies, automated testing, and release management.
• Experience onboarding and supporting development teams through documentation, technical guidance, and enabling self-service platform adoption.
• Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault, GitGuardian, or similar secrets management solutions.
• Familiarity with Internal Developer Portals (e.g. Backstage) or developer productivity tooling.
• Programming or scripting skills in Go, Python, or advanced Bash.

• Design, develop, and evolve an Internal Developer Platform and Kubernetes-based hosting platform on AWS.
• Build secure, scalable, reusable infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps practices.
• Create self-service deployment templates and automated delivery workflows to simplify developer experience.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting reliable and secure application delivery.
• Define and implement Kubernetes security standards, governance, and best practices for multi-tenant environments.
• Collaborate daily with application development teams to provide technical guidance, onboarding, and enablement.
• Produce clear technical documentation and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions for internal engineering teams.
• Promote DevOps best practices and contribute to continuous improvement in platform reliability, automation, and developer productivity.
• Work in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) as part of a centralized platform engineering team.
