Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (Slovenia)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant for a long-term international implementation project focused on SAP HCM Payroll Implementation for Slovenia.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (Slovenia)
• Experience configuring Slovenian payroll in SAP HCM
• At least two full-cycle SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs and wage types
• Experience with workshops, configuration, testing, Go-Live and Hypercare
• Good understanding of Slovenian payroll legislation
• Excellent communication skills
• English - fluent
• Slovenian - mandatory

Nice to have:

• Experience with GlobalView
• Experience in international implementation projects
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience

• Lead and deliver SAP HCM Payroll implementation for Slovenia
• Gather business requirements and conduct workshops
• Perform end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll configuration (customizing)
• Configure payroll schemas, PCRs and wage types
• Ensure compliance with Slovenian payroll legislation
• Support data migration and payroll validation
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, UAT and parallel payroll runs
• Support Go-Live and Hypercare activities
• Collaborate with international project teams and business stakeholders
• Prepare functional documentation
