• Experience managing IT projects in a service company or software house.
• Minimum 2 years managing teams of Project Managers or Project Coordinators.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle from start to deployment.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent work organization and priority-setting skills.
• Risk management skills to identify potential delays, budget issues, or staffing shortages.
• Understanding project finances including budget, profitability, team utilization, and contract scope.
• Leadership skills to build, develop, and support coordinator teams.
• Comfort in client conversations at managerial and executive levels.
• Conflict resolution and difficult conversation skills.
• Business-oriented mindset to identify cooperation expansion opportunities.
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English.

• Experience working with large US clients.

• Manage a team of Project Coordinators: set priorities, distribute responsibilities, support in difficult situations, and control work quality.
• Review project statuses including budget, schedule, scope, team workload, and key risks.
• Respond to project delivery issues such as delays, resource shortages, client changes, or profitability risks.
• Coordinate allocation of programmers, designers, and other specialists to projects.
• Conduct regular client conversations, collect feedback, ensure satisfaction, and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with CEO, CTO, sales, and technical leaders on project and client decisions.
• Monitor contract deadlines, cooperation extensions, and contract renewals.
• Identify opportunities for expanding cooperation, e.g., additional teams or project scope.
• Implement new projects following the sales process.
• Create and improve delivery, reporting, risk management, and resource planning processes.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new Project Coordinators.
