Technical Onboarding Support Executive - German speaker (f/m/d)

Awin is part of the Axel Springer group. Established in 2000, Awin is a company operating in the affiliate marketplace providing technical services and integration support to top brands launching on their network. The role is part of the Technical Services department.

• Ability to understand web languages such as basic HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and ideally PHP
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms
• Fluent English and German language skills (C1+)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to see the bigger picture
• Strong communication skills with customer service experience
• Self-motivated and a self-starter
• Understanding of processes and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• IT-related degree or relevant work experience

• Act as the ‘middle-man’ to give technical guidance clearly and concisely
• Isolate errors quickly within client setups and provide feedback on possible solutions
• Negotiate and objection handle setups that do not align with team targets
• Contribute to the monthly Integration Team targets
• Review fellow team members' work for technical sign-off
• Report technical issues/bugs and escalate appropriately
• Administer an internal and external knowledge base
• Provide high level training to internal colleagues
• Test new developments and features
