Project & Vendor Support Specialist (Remote)

• Strong communication skills, able to express ideas clearly and report issues promptly in English (B2 or higher) and Polish (native).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

• Availability for at least 32 hours per week, possibility to move to full-time.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in accounting, administration, project coordination/management, reception, or executive assistance.
• Basic knowledge or interest in the IT industry.

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities.

• Analyze key project data including consumption, rates, duration, and expenses.

• Manage complex reports.

• Maintain project financial data compliant with corporate and SOX requirements.

• Issue sales invoices.

• Communicate with stakeholders.

• Onboard and offboard project members, manage access.

• Prepare materials for bid offers.

• Maintain project documentation.

• Vendor management responsibilities:

• Onboard and offboard vendors.

• Manage master data.

• Create Purchase Orders.

• Track and manage payment exceptions and monitor payment statuses.

• Manage and resolve vendor queries and issues.
