Senior Full Stack Developer

• Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Expertise in at least two of the following technology groups:
  • Front-End Technologies: Angular (v10+), front-end frameworks, REST API integration.
  • Database Technologies: NoSQL databases, MongoDB.
  • Integration & Cloud Technologies: Apache Kafka, Azure Cloud Services, application scaling and monitoring.
• Strong experience in DevOps practices including Git (version control), Selenium (automation testing), and CI/CD deployment toolchains.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps pipelines, and branching strategies.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server architecture (clustering, load balancing, installations).
• Familiarity with SDLC and source control management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have:

• Relevant certifications in Angular, MongoDB, Azure, DevOps, or cloud technologies.
• Experience with payment and messaging gateways (FileAct, FTIO, MFT, SAA, MQIO, BESS).
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as IBM Integration Bus (IIB), HTTP, MQ protocols.
• Experience building frameworks or products.
• Contributions to white papers and/or open-source projects.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Spotify Agile model and Dreyfus model.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with participation in Agile ceremonies and production support.

• Analyze business requirements and participate in solution design workshops.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to create robust, scalable application designs.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Angular (v10+), REST APIs, NoSQL databases, MongoDB, and integration/cloud technologies such as Apache Kafka and Azure Cloud Services.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless data flow and user experience.
• Perform testing, deployment, and debugging across environments.
• Monitor, scale, and optimize application performance leveraging cloud and DevOps practices.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications for continuous improvement and industry alignment.
• Contribute to technical documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with internal teams for project delivery.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
