• Practical knowledge of SQL.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouses based on MS SQL.
• Practical skills with the Enterprise Architect tool.
• At least 3 years of experience in system-business analysis, including projects in the energy and heating sector.
• Participation in at least 3 analytical projects for organizations in the energy industry.

Nice to have:

• Very good knowledge of MS SQL environments, especially databases and T-SQL language.
• Experience creating and developing analytical functions in T-SQL.
• Good knowledge of billing systems used in the energy and heating industries, supported by involvement in development projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architect.
• Very good knowledge of CSIRE concepts.
• Certifications in business analysis or process management (e.g., Certified Business Analyst, BPMN or equivalent) are welcomed.

• Develop and maintain data warehouses.
• Participate in projects related to service development and creation of new business process support solutions.
• Provide support for existing solutions and systems.
• Prepare and update project and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with development, analytical teams, and project managers on solution implementation and development.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and optimization of solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions that support users.
• Support data-driven project execution through close cooperation with business and technical stakeholders.
