.NET Senior Developer (Game Logic)

FunCrafters is a mobile gaming company with over a decade of experience, currently working on a new Puzzle RPG game with a major IP to deliver AAA-quality experiences.

• At least 7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Mastery of C#/.NET with up-to-date knowledge of latest features.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns.
• Proven experience designing complex logic related to RPG mechanics or similar systems.
• Hands-on experience with persistence layers and caching solutions.
• Ability to use profiling tools to analyze and improve performance.
• Strong advocateship for Unit Testing and Integration Testing.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in mobile gaming or AAA game projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, and knowledge sharing skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style for diverse audiences and rapidly changing priorities.

• Design and build complex business logic such as RPG mechanics, progression systems, and in-game economies.
• Implement scalable and maintainable game systems following SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns.
• Develop and optimize persistence layers and caching solutions from an application logic perspective.
• Use profiling tools to identify and fix performance bottlenecks in game logic.
• Advocate for and implement Unit Testing and Integration Testing to ensure code quality and stability.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to designers and developers.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.
• Mentor less experienced team members and share knowledge.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, design, and product teams for alignment.
