CGI is recruiting an Application Operations Engineer / L2 Engineering Specialist to join the team responsible for maintaining and supporting CSIRE, the central energy market information system.

Wymagania

  • Experience in Application Support, Production Support, Application Operations, QA, or L2 Engineering.
  • Ability to diagnose problems in applications operating in production environments.
  • Skill in analyzing incidents and reproducing reported issues.
  • Knowledge of incident handling processes and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux systems (RHEL is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze logs and identify probable problem sources.
  • Knowledge of SQL and databases.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple reports simultaneously.
  • Very good knowledge of Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Azure, Azure DevOps, monitoring tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Azure Monitor.
  • Familiarity with Robot Framework and REST API.

Obowiązki

  • Monitor and analyze incidents generated by the CSIRE system.
  • Replicate reports and verify errors before escalating to other teams.
  • Identify problem sources at the application, database, or infrastructure level.
  • Collaborate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.
  • Verify environments after deployments and monitor regression tests.
  • Create and update operational procedures and documentation (KMDB/KEDB).
  • Participate in deployments, maintenance windows, and upkeep work.
  • Work in a 24/7 shift model.

Inne informacje

The position requires shift work 24/7 and proficiency in Polish (minimum C1). Evening and night shifts are remote, while 2-3 weekly days require presence in the Warsaw office.
