Pricing Data Analyst/Scientist - Retail

The company, Transition Technologies PSC, offers a role in an international project focused on Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) solutions in the retail industry, specifically targeting pricing data analysis and tool development to support pricing decisions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
• Experience in the retail industry, preferably in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics
• Practical knowledge of pricing analyses and indicators such as Price Index, Price Corridor, Price Ladder or similar
• Experience in preparing business analyses and dashboards
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Ability to collaborate with businesses and translate requirements into analytical solutions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python
• Experience with Databricks
• Experience with Generative AI or software development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Experience building web dashboards or analytical applications

• Analyzing pricing data and supporting Strategic Revenue Management processes
• Working with pricing metrics such as Price Index, Price Corridor, and Price Ladder
• Preparing analyses and dashboards to support business decisions
• Collaborating with business experts and Data & Analytics teams on development of analytical products
• Participating in development and automation of analytical solutions using modern AI tools
• Working with data in the Databricks environment
