Senior Product Owner

RemoFirst is unlocking global hiring enabling companies to build teams from anywhere. It is an early-stage startup focused on delivering an affordable and accessible global HR platform handling hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and talent management across borders.

• At least 7+ years of professional experience including 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Experience working in fast-paced tech environments
• Ability to lead products from 0 to 1 owning business outcomes, UX, and engineering quality
• Ability to inspire and drive cross-functional alignment
• Strong UX intuition and passion for clean, simple, effective user experiences
• Sharp analytical thinking and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High ownership, bias for action, and strong hunger to build

Nice to have:

• Experience owning add-on, cross-sell, or upsell products within a SaaS platform

• Own a core product area end to end, from strategy and discovery to launch and iteration
• Turn problems into clear opportunities and translate them into actionable product plans
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ship simple, intuitive, high-quality experiences
• Use data, customer insights, and market signals to drive decisions and shape the roadmap
• Ensure product moves quickly, delivers measurable impact, and supports global scale
• Work closely with leadership to drive high-level priorities and company-wide outcomes
