MS Dynamics 365 Sales & Purchases Stream Leader

Cyclad partners with top international IT companies to deliver advanced technologies shaping the future. The role is part of a global digital transformation program focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.

• Minimum 7 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Sales & Purchases modules
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) process: sales order management, customer master data, pricing, invoicing, shipment, credit management, billing
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes: procurement, purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor management, approval workflows
• Experience with integration concepts: APIs, EDI, middleware, interface validation, data mapping
• Minimum 10 years delivering international ERP implementation and core model rollout projects
• Minimum 8 years leading data migration activities including ETL and data reconciliation
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior business stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in an international environment
• Fluent English

• Lead and manage the Sales & Purchases functional stream throughout the global D365 F&O implementation program
• Coordinate, mentor, and onboard a team of Sales & Purchases functional consultants
• Validate consultants' functional competencies before project onboarding
• Manage full project lifecycle: fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and go-live
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Data Migration, Development, and Integration teams
• Engage with client stakeholders and project leadership to align business requirements with the global core model
• Review and ensure quality of functional deliverables including solution designs, configurations, and testing documentation
• Identify and mitigate project risks and support key business decisions
• Lead functional workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for client teams
• Support deployment and adoption during rollout, go-live, and hypercare phases
