Infrastructure & Platform Manager

Fabrity S.A. is hiring a Senior Infrastructure & Platform Manager with strong engineering background and leadership skills for their infrastructure and platform team. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, cloud environments (especially Azure), development environments, and defining architectural and operational standards. The company works in software development services and is focused on scalable, secure, and compliant IT platform operations.

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in development, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineering within software development or software services organizations.
• Very good knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) including architecture, operations, and security.
• Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Operations, including automation of deployments, environment maintenance, or platform development supporting software delivery.
• Practical experience designing, maintaining, or developing infrastructure environments, including on-premise and cloud solutions.
• Ability to define and implement technical standards, processes, and best practices in infrastructure and platform technology.
• Practical knowledge of infrastructure security, access management, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing a technical team responsible for infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or development environments (or documented success managing smaller technical teams/project teams).
• Highly developed "ownership mentality," independence, and experience leading initiatives requiring cross-team collaboration.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for working with documentation, email communication, security requirement analysis, and technical meetings with clients/partners.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure platform and designing/maintaining Azure service-based environments.
• Experience building or developing Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) functions.
• Experience standardizing and managing multi-project or multi-tenant environments.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices such as Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi, or similar.
• Experience in ISO 27001 certified organizations or environments with rigorous information security requirements.
• Experience designing or implementing cybersecurity solutions (e.g., SIEM, DLP, EDR, vulnerability management).
• Active certifications related to cloud, infrastructure, security, or IT service management.
• Experience supporting sales processes, preparing technical offers, or participating in presale meetings.

• Manage the Infrastructure & Platform team responsible for IT infrastructure and development environments.
• Ensure smooth operation of internal infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and user support services.
• Manage development environments based on Azure and IaaS infrastructure for project teams.
• Build, maintain, and develop architectural standards for infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Standardize cloud environments, develop DevOps processes, and foster collaboration with project teams.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, and tech leads on deployment, maintenance, and Platform Engineering development.
• Design, implement, and develop DevOps processes and automation solutions supporting deployments and application environment maintenance.
• Be responsible for technical aspects of security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Cooperate with project teams, clients, and compliance teams regarding infrastructure, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
