Technical Lead for Archiving

This role is part of a global data lifecycle ecosystem focused on securing, optimizing, and future-proofing Roche's extensive healthcare data landscape with modern engineering practices.

• Extensive leadership experience in Delivery Management roles such as Technical Product Owner, Program Manager, RTE/STE, or Agile Coach with large-scale software or data delivery programs.
• Mastery of Agile frameworks, delivery methodologies, and leading organizational change initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills for influencing senior management and driving alignment.

• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to guide professionals and cultivate a growth mindset.
