Solutions Architect with AI SDLC

Future Processing is hiring a senior Solutions Architect to work on challenges related to AI tool utilization, combining technical expertise and business skills. The role involves working with AI Boosted Delivery / SDLC, focusing on designing and deploying AI-enhanced software development processes.

• At least 7 years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years practical AI solution work supporting SDLC
• Solid architectural experience designing and implementing systems using .NET, Java, or Node.js
• Practical knowledge of at least one public cloud (AWS or Azure) including architecture design, service selection, cost, and security considerations
• Experience developing software within an automated AI-supported SDLC process including development, testing, and CI/CD
• Commercial use of AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and popular MCP
• Very good knowledge of Generative AI and LLM integration, understanding their business, delivery, and software development applications
• Experience designing and deploying AI-based systems like RAG, semantic search, AI workflows, and single- and multi-agent AI systems
• Strong knowledge of designing autonomous AI agents and systems capable of autonomous software engineering including orchestration, quality control, validation, and decision-making within SDLC
• Practical experience optimizing cost and performance of LLM-based solutions including token usage, prompt engineering, context management, caching, model, and parameter selection
• Experience with Microsoft AI platforms or equivalent (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework)
• Ability to design and cost AI solutions considering business requirements, data specifics, technology constraints, and maintenance costs
• Experience in AI R&D, prototyping, and iterative testing aimed at fully autonomous AI-driven SDLC processes with self-improvement elements (error learning, self-evaluation, feedback loop, automatic prompt and pipeline optimization)

• Elevate SDLC delivery maturity in AI-assisted projects
• Provide technical and architectural advice for AI solutions considering cost, risk, and business value
• Design AI system architectures and AI solutions supporting SDLC with engineering teams
• Develop AI-based delivery enhancements, including autonomous pipeline implementations
• Design and deploy autonomous SDLC pipelines where AI evolves from assistant to autonomous system performing end-to-end tasks
• Collaborate in creating AI-first SDLC strategy and vision at the organizational level
• Define standards, patterns, and best practices in AI and architecture
• Share knowledge, mentor, and develop competencies of technical teams
