Data Analyst (A/B Testing)

Digispot is a rapidly growing CRO/UX agency that helps companies effectively convert visitors into buyers by making data-driven decisions and increasing sales without increasing advertising budgets. They work with both large e-commerce businesses and smaller companies to analyze pain points on websites, design solutions, run tests, implement changes, and optimize continuously.

• Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests (must have)
• Knowledge of good A/B testing practices
• Understanding of statistics for data analysis (including significance level, p-value, test power, MDE)
• Experience configuring GA4 and GTM
• Knowledge of event structures, Enhanced Ecommerce, and dataLayer
• Ability to work independently and solve problems (debugging, testing, data validation)
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (reports, explorations, events)
• Ability to analyze GA4 data and create recommendations
• Passion and real interest in web analytics
• Attention to detail and quality of deliverables
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear communication of results and reasoning to team and clients
• Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a UX/CRO agency
• Experience in e-commerce analyses (user segmentation, carts, funnels)
• Knowledge of advanced data analysis techniques for A/B testing
• Familiarity with BigQuery, Looker Studio, SQL, Python

• Plan A/B tests, select metrics, and ensure data quality
• Analyze A/B test results and derive valuable insights
• Analyze quantitative data from GA4 and make recommendations
• Generate ideas to improve client websites
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through debugging, testing, and monitoring
• Understand and utilize the dataLayer structure
• Collaborate with developers and the CRO/UX team on implementations and data audits
• Deliver value to clients through data-driven insights
