Project Manager | Financial Services

Caspian One works closely with banks, investment firms, trading houses, fintechs, and digital asset organisations across Poland and Europe to build a network of Project Managers for upcoming and confidential hiring needs in financial services.

• Experience in Project Management within Financial Services
• Knowledge of Investment, Corporate, or Retail Banking projects
• Experience with Payments, Cards, Lending platforms
• Understanding of Risk, Compliance, AML, Regulatory Change initiatives
• Experience in Core Banking or Data Transformation projects
• Experience in Front/Middle/Back Office transformation
• Knowledge of Trading platforms and capital markets technology
• Experience with Market Risk, Credit Risk, Regulatory initiatives
• Involvement in Fintech or Payments programmes
• Familiarity with Crypto, Blockchain, Digital Assets
• Experience with Digital Trading platforms or Web3 environments
• Proficiency with delivery methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid
• Senior-level experience preferred but open to mid-level through lead/programme level

• Register interest to be considered for upcoming finance project management roles
• Participate in short, informal screening calls to stay visible for matching roles
• Deliver projects in areas including banking, payments, risk/compliance, data transformation, trading platforms, fintech, and digital assets
• Work with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery
