ERP Infor M3 Operations Consultant (All Genders)

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields, ideally with specialization in Business Information Systems
• Relevant experience in IT change initiatives and managing assignments
• Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in similar roles such as Management Consultant, ERP Specialist Consultant, or Project Manager
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing domains considered an asset
• Fluent verbal and communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)
• Proficiency in Polish language (minimum C1 level)
• Strong expertise in information systems and in-depth knowledge of ERP ecosystems, particularly Infor M3; SAP experience is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and documentation preparation
• Structured approach with pragmatic focus on delivering results
• Strong analytical skills with evidence-based approach
• Ability to motivate others and lead change
