Senior IT System Administrator

Devire IT Outsourcing is a cooperation model dedicated to IT specialists, based on self-employment (B2B), delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern ventures. The client is an international technology company specializing in solutions for public transport.

• Experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
• Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), and basic network administration.
• Experience with virtualization platforms, backup systems, and workstation management tools.
• Experience with the cloud platform Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of scripting in PowerShell or Bash.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity topics.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and proactive user support approach.
• Good command of English; knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
• Experience working in an international, multi-branch IT environment.
• Higher or secondary vocational education in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Administration and maintenance of servers, storage systems, and virtual environments.
• Management of user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
• Installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and business applications.
• Monitoring IT infrastructure performance and availability.
• Administration and maintenance of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, and network devices.
• Ensuring IT environment security (updates, endpoint protection, incident monitoring).
• Execution of backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity processes.
• Supporting users with hardware and software issues (1st–3rd line support).
• Managing IT equipment, licenses, and technical documentation.
• Participation in IT projects, implementing improvements, and process automation.
