IT Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a cooperation form dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, executing projects for leading clients with innovative and modern projects. The client is from the healthcare sector.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or digital transformation.
• Higher education degree.
• Experience coordinating UAT tests and managing testing processes.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow.
• Basic knowledge of AI and automation tools such as LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, RPA.
• Very good English language skills (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in international projects.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage end-to-end topics.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of financial-accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of analytical tools like Power BI.

• Responsible for overall UAT strategy and its implementation.
• Defining UAT test cases for specific countries.
• Coordinating country-level UAT tests in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Managing test execution and progress monitoring.
• Overseeing defect management and issue handling during UAT.
• Ensuring business validation and formal sign-off approvals.
• Supporting readiness for deployment (go/no-go) based on UAT results.
• Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Supporting implementation and adoption of AI-based solutions.
