InSprint Tester with German

LinkGroup is hiring for an Agile Scrum Team delivering solutions for the insurance sector.

• 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (Functional, Integration, Regression, Exploratory, Agile Testing).
• Experience designing test cases and managing defects.
• Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray or similar.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) – mandatory for daily cooperation with German-speaking stakeholders.
• Good English communication skills (B2+).

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of insurance business processes: Policy Administration, Claims Management, Billing & Collections, Customer & Contract Management.
• Experience with insurance platforms like Guidewire, INSIS or similar.
• ISTQB certification.
• Experience with SQL, API testing, or integration testing.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks.
• Experience working in Scrum or SAFe environments.

• Analyze user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Design, execute, and document test cases within Agile sprints.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Validate delivered functionality against business and technical requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects until resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support user story acceptance and Definition of Done validation.
• Identify quality risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.
