Senior Security Compliance Specialist

• 3+ years of experience in security compliance or a related field
• Expertise in Asset Management and Inventory Optimization
• Proficiency in ISO/IEC 27001 and Security Compliance
• Knowledge of Threat Modeling practices and coordination of penetration testing activities
• Skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and follow-up on open action items
• Capability to create and maintain clear process and operational documentation
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

• Familiarity with basic development skills to support recurring task execution
• Competency in automating recurring workflows in inventory management and reporting
• Background in consolidating data from multiple sources for reporting purposes

• Maintain and improve asset management processes
• Support the maintenance and accuracy of service inventory data
• Coordinate ISO compliance-related activities and pipeline compliance reporting
• Perform reporting activities requiring manual consolidation of data from multiple sources
• Organize and coordinate threat modeling workshops and penetration tests with relevant teams
• Track open issues and action items, following up with service teams and stakeholders to ensure timely progress
• Facilitate communication between engineering, service, and security stakeholders
• Create, update, and maintain process and operational documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate recurring workflows in inventory management and reporting
