Wymagania
- Proven experience in a customer-facing B2B role (SaaS implementation, customer success, functional consulting, or professional services).
- Track record of owning client relationships and delivering projects commercially.
- Confident communicator — runs workshops, presents to senior stakeholders, handles tough conversations.
- Strong organisation — juggles multiple customer projects without dropping quality.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- Experience implementing or consulting on ERP-adjacent solutions (Oracle NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics AX/F&O, Business Central, Infor M3).
- Solid understanding of finance processes — AP, procurement, or spend management.
- Additional European languages.
Obowiązki
- Be the primary point of contact across the full implementation lifecycle, building consultative relationships with finance directors, AP managers, and project leads.
- Set expectations, manage timelines, and keep customers engaged at every stage.
- Drive the full implementation cycle: initiation, design, configuration, training, UAT, and go-live.
- Configure the Medius platform to match each customer's workflows (functional configuration, no coding).
- Spot risks early and clear blockers before they impact delivery.
- Deliver product training tailored to each team's maturity and analyse post-go-live usage data to recommend automation improvements.
- Advise on AP automation best practices in plain business terms.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Support for clean handovers and feed customer insights back into product and service delivery.
