You will join a dispersed team located in London, Bangalore, and Warsaw, contributing to the development of Pricing and E-trading desktop applications used globally. The team maintains around 200 microservices and aggregates data for these applications.
Wymagania
- 7+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C# and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with .NET technology stack. Experience with WPF, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes is an asset.
- Experienced in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of supporting development teams.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- High proficiency in English.
Obowiązki
Responsibilities:
- Co-develop the technical architecture and lead the implementation of pricing and e-trading applications.
- Guide the team in identifying optimal technical solutions and provide support in complex problem-solving and arbitration.
- Oversee the quality, sustainability, and integration of the product into the larger IS architecture, collaborating with technical architects.
- Mentor junior developers with technical training and support.
- Drive the adoption of Craftsmanship practices and ensure adherence to development and testing strategies.
- Implement strategies to reduce technical debt and improve the product's long-term sustainability.
