Connectivity – Carrier Management Supplier Manager

• Experience in vendor or contract management within telecommunications, network infrastructure, or technology areas.
• Knowledge of operator services, telecommunication infrastructure, and connectivity issues.
• Experience working with external suppliers and managing business relationships.
• Ability to conduct negotiations and cooperate with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with supplier risk management and compliance processes.
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual cooperation aspects with partners.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English enabling smooth collaboration in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial sector, banking, or large organizations with complex IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Procurement and Vendor Governance processes.
• Experience working in a global environment.

• Managing relationships with key telecommunication service suppliers.
• Overseeing compliance between suppliers and business, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyzing current processes to identify improvement areas and additional controls.
• Collaborating with business, procurement, legal, and risk teams to ensure contract and service compliance.
• Coordinating the full contract lifecycle including renewals and renegotiations.
• Participating in commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers.
• Conducting due diligence and external supplier risk assessments.
• Monitoring supplier compliance with organizational requirements.
• Building long-term relationships with business partners and suppliers.
• Performing governance activities and managing supplier performance.

Role requires hybrid work with approximately 6 days per month onsite at the client office in Kraków.
