Senior Automation Test Engineer (IAM)

A large-scale IAM transformation programme focused on building a secure, scalable, cloud-native identity platform.

• Strong hands-on IAM knowledge including OIDC, OAuth2, SCIM, LDAP
• Experience with Policy-as-Code, preferably OPA/Rego
• 5+ years in senior automation testing roles
• Strong coding skills in Java, Python, TypeScript, or Scala
• Experience with API automation and contract testing
• Cloud-native testing experience, preferably GCP
• Experience with event-driven systems like Kafka, Pub/Sub, MQ
• Familiarity with CI/CD integration and containerized execution

Nice to have:

• Experience with Neo4j and graph database testing
• Performance testing tools
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments

• Design and evolve automation frameworks with layered architecture
• Automate testing for REST APIs, identity workflows, and Policy-as-Code engines
• Validate authorization models including RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, PBAC
• Test event-driven architectures such as Pub/Sub and messaging systems
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure traceability of functional and non-functional requirements and support regulatory evidence
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring
