PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. offers a position focused on testing conversational solutions such as chatbots and voicebots, including those based on generative artificial intelligence (GenAI). The role involves hybrid work in Warsaw with collaboration in both business and technical teams.

• Experience testing conversational solutions (chatbots and voicebots), preferably on the SentiOne Automate platform or similar
• Experience testing bots based on generative artificial intelligence (GenAI)
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools and reporting tools like MS Power BI
• Understanding of UX and UI design best practices
• Basic knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and Machine Learning, especially intent recognition and named entity recognition (NER)
• Higher education
• Experience in business testing of customer service processes, both phone and digital (mobile applications, websites)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to quickly learn it
• Meticulousness, good work organization, proactivity, and creativity
• Ability for effective teamwork and clear, open communication

• Test and improve conversational bots, voicebots, and generative AI-based solutions
• Plan and carry out tests of customer service processes in telephone and digital channels, analyzing results
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify defects, implement improvements, and raise solution quality
• Monitor operational quality of conversational solutions
• Prepare reports and recommendations to support solution development
