Java & Kotlin Developer

PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. is hiring a Java & Kotlin Developer for their client with a hybrid work environment in Warszawa, Poland.

• Minimum 5 years experience programming in Java 17+ and Kotlin
• Knowledge of queue or event systems such as Rabbit MQ, Nats, or Kafka
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, or APM
• Experience with GNU/Linux
• Proficiency in Git
• Understanding of automated testing principles
• Experience in Agile development methods
• Experience working with DevOps/DevSecOps practices
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Familiarity with design patterns such as CQRS
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of data buses (ESB) is a plus
• Experience working in microservice architectures
• Experience throughout the product lifecycle from design to production
• Awareness of application security practices

• Design and develop small to medium-sized IT systems
• Work with microservices architecture and APIs
• Collaborate in Agile and Scrum teams
• Participate in full product lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
• Practice pair programming and code reviews
• Share knowledge with team members
• Adapt to changing business requirements under stress
• Proactively start work before complete analytic specifications are available
• Ensure application security awareness
