Data Migration Lead / Delivery Manager – ERP Transformation

People More is a technological company with a huge client base nationally and internationally, building projects from scratch or partially (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile). They work directly for clients and support partners worldwide, offering a wide range of projects and flexibility.

• Several years of experience leading data migration projects or related workstreams.
• Practical experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience as Data Migration Lead, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate multiple teams or project streams.
• Experience in data consolidation, cleansing, mapping, restructuring, or migration.
• Ability to manage dependencies between business and technology areas.
• Experience introducing new processes, standards, or ways of working in organizations.
• Excellent organizational skills, independence, and ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to effectively engage stakeholders and ensure action completion.
• Willingness to combine leadership with hands-on involvement.
• Very good English and Polish language skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German.
• Experience consolidating several ERP systems into one solution.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
• Practical knowledge of data governance, data quality, or master data management.

• Leading the data migration stream within the new ERP implementation programme.
• Planning, organising, and coordinating activities related to data consolidation, cleansing, restructuring, and migration.
• Coordinating four data workstreams and ensuring consistency between them.
• Managing the schedule, scope, dependencies, risks, and priorities of the stream.
• Coordinating cooperation with other workstreams within the ERP programme.
• Ensuring data-related activities are integrated with overall ERP implementation.
• Providing methodological and technological guidance to teams.
• Taking an active hands-on role alongside coordination.
• Introducing new processes, standards, and ways of working aligned with ERP transformation.
• Coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams, and data owners.
• Monitoring data quality and readiness for migration.
• Preparing status reports, recommendations, and materials for stakeholders.
• Identifying issues and taking corrective action to keep the project on schedule.
