• Complete structured training provided by ClearLync on the InsuranceNow system with mentor support.
• Enroll and pass official Guidewire developer certification exams.
• Undertake progressively complex assignments with ClearLync customers under senior developer mentorship.
• Work independently or collaboratively as part of customer projects after training phases.
