• 7+ years in software engineering, technical leadership, or delivery roles such as tech lead or engineering manager
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives with multiple teams
• Good understanding of AI/GenAI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and AI assistants, and their business applications
• Track record in process redesign and standardization to embed new technologies
• Ability to translate AI opportunities into prioritized transformation roadmaps aligned with business value
• Experience collaborating with engineering and platform teams for scalable AI integration
• Strong communication skills to translate technical topics for business and engineering teams
• Experience supporting adoption of new tools, systems, or ways of working
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with practical organizational change execution

• Conduct high-level assessments of client projects to identify AI integration opportunities
• Lead end-to-end implementation of production-ready AI solutions
• Advise on AI skill development including certifications and learning paths
• Design role-based learning journeys and develop training materials to empower teams
• Identify and introduce AI tools to optimize employee workflows
• Promote internal AI standards, frameworks, and best practices
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and methodologies, integrating innovations proactively
