Platform Customer Success Engineer (Data & AI)

Procter & Gamble is hiring for a hybrid role based in Warszawa focused on Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, and Cloud Engineering disciplines. The role involves working closely with internal teams and platform engineering to improve developer experience and platform capabilities.

• Experience working in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Python Spark/PySpark, SQL, Azure Cloud Services, and GitHub.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Snyk, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and large-scale data processing.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting complex cloud-based platforms and data solutions.
• Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and networking in Azure.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive customer success.

• Enable and support internal teams in adopting and building on enterprise platform capabilities.
• Develop AI-powered support capabilities, automation solutions, and self-service experiences to improve customer productivity and reduce support effort.
• Partner with data engineers, architects, asset managers, and development teams to design and implement robust technical solutions.
• Guide users on platform setup, API integration, GitHub workflows, CI/CD implementation, and engineering best practices.
• Build and promote reusable “golden path” solutions that simplify platform adoption and accelerate delivery across teams.
• Provide actionable feedback to platform engineering teams to improve platform usability, developer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Follow and contribute to engineering standards ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, cost-effective, and reusable.
• Analyze recurring customer challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and process optimization.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Platforms, and AI-powered development.
