Senior Data Engineer (Sales Solutions)

Procter & Gamble is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to develop and operate a critical European reporting product that supports Sales and business performance across Europe. The role is part of the Europe organization, with a team partially based in Warsaw, working closely with cross-functional partners across the business unit.

• Strong, hands-on experience in Data Engineering including building reporting layers, designing and implementing data pipelines, and applying data transformations and business logic
• Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure (preferred), GCP, or AWS, including setting up solutions from scratch
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional, business-facing environments
• Experience collaborating with Data Scientists and data analytics teams
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Databricks, Spark, or PySpark and modern data platforms is a strong advantage

• Design, build, and operate an end-to-end data product from data ingestion to business-ready outputs
• Develop and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Azure, defining transformations, business logic, and data quality controls
• Shape and implement the reporting layer, collaborating with stakeholders and evolving reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Partner closely with Sales and Finance to translate business questions into scalable data solutions
• Work hands-on with Data Scientists and analysts to enable analytics and advanced use cases
• Ensure solutions are production-ready with documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to team ways of working, engineering best practices, and knowledge sharing within the Europe IT Community
