Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Manager or similar role in IT support/maintenance.
- Higher education, preferably in computer science, technical, economics, or management.
- Technical experience: good knowledge of technologies used in serviced applications and software development processes.
- Industry certifications in service and project management (e.g., ITIL/ITSM, PRINCE2, Agile).
- English language proficiency at least B2/C1 suitable for business and technical communication.
- Company-wide competencies: proactivity, clear communication, strong customer orientation with win-win solutions.
- Managerial competencies: goal orientation, responsibility for tasks, effective team management and development skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office suite.
Obowiązki
- Zarządzanie usługą utrzymania systemów – ensuring continuous operation of serviced applications and meeting contractual goals.
- Liderowanie Zespołowi Utrzymania – planning, delegating, monitoring, and accounting tasks of team members.
- Zarządzanie relacjami z klientem – professional communication regarding technical issues, their resolution status, and proposed improvements.
- Priorytetyzacja i multizadaniowość – rapid response to incidents under time pressure and managing priorities of requests.
- Analiza i raportowanie – examining basic operational data, identifying trends, and implementing improvement actions proactively.
- Współpraca projektowa – coordinating basic project processes related to maintenance and development of serviced systems.
