Wymagania
- Strong software engineering capability in Node.js and/or Java
- Relational database expertise - PostgreSQL
- Modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks
- Agentic application engineering knowledge, including orchestration of autonomous AI agents
- Integration pattern expertise (e.g., MCP, tool/function calling, API design)
- Software architecture knowledge
- Fluent in English and Polish
Nice to have:
- Cloud-native development
- CI/CD and DevOps
- Knowledge of .NET

- Design and develop backend services using Node.js and/or Java
- Build modern web applications
- Develop integrations across enterprise platforms
- Work with AI agents and intelligent engineering workflows
- Design APIs and integration patterns
- Improve reliability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams worldwide
