Dom Development S.A. is a leader in the Polish real estate development market, delivering ambitious and innovative projects. The role is part of the Data area within the Group, focused on advancing data analytics capabilities using the Microsoft technology ecosystem.

• Experience managing teams or projects in the data area
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, MSSQL, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services)
• Good understanding of data analytics processes
• Ability to work with version control systems (GIT) and knowledge of CI/CD in Fabric
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate across organizational departments
• Analytical thinking and independent problem solving
• Experience in data analysis
• Good knowledge of MS SQL
• Experience with data migration, mapping, and validation
• Excellent work organization and ability to work under pressure

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial or development industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics CRM

• Leading the reporting team: planning, task prioritization, and supporting skill development
• Coordinating development of the Microsoft reporting platform (Power BI, MSSQL, Fabric)
• Collaborating with business units, including finance, to define analytical requirements
• Ensuring high data quality and security in the organization
• Implementing and developing DevOps processes in the data area (GIT, CI/CD)
• Monitoring technology trends and proposing new technological solutions for data development
• Cooperating with the team of data engineers
