IT Business Analyst (C-CLIPS)

BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) serves corporates and financial institutions with tailored financial solutions in Capital Markets, Securities Services, Financing, Risk Management, Cash Management, and Financial Advice. The role is part of a new Warsaw team developing a core global system, a platform for managing cash position incorporating the latest AI tools.

• Experience as a Business Analyst in complex corporate or financial environments.
• Strong capability in process analysis, synthesis, and designing support systems.
• Good presentation skills for varied audiences and seniority levels.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum methodology and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end software development technologies and UX/UI principles.
• Fluency in English, with all project communication and documentation in English.
• Foundational knowledge of AI tools and willingness to leverage them.

• Collaborate with the global team to align local development with the overall system roadmap.
• Partner with business stakeholders to analyse complex processes and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Design high-level roadmaps categorized by system components and development streams.
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team, presenting functional requirements and resolving ambiguities.
• Prepare comprehensive, high-quality documentation for end-users and IT Support.
• Participate in the full rollout lifecycle, from strategic deployment planning to user training delivery.
