Wymagania
- Experience testing conversational solutions such as chatbots and voicebots, preferably on the SentiOne Automate platform or similar
- Experience testing bots based on generative AI models (GenAI)
- Practical experience testing business customer service processes across phone and digital channels including mobile apps and web services
- Knowledge of tools Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools, notably MS Power BI
- Knowledge of best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
- Basic knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and Machine Learning, especially intent recognition and named entity recognition (NER)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to quickly learn it
- Higher education
- Attention to detail, good organization of work, proactivity, and creativity
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and communicate clearly and openly
Obowiązki
- Conduct acceptance tests (UAT) of conversational solutions including chatbots and voicebots
- Verify and test bots based on generative AI models (GenAI)
- Test business customer service processes in phone channels and digital interfaces like mobile applications and websites
- Monitor and report bugs using Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate with the project team on application development using the proprietary iWorkFlow platform
- Maintain good practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) in the solutions under test
