Cybersecurity Project Manager

• Experience managing complex cybersecurity or IT security projects.
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and mechanisms.
• Practical knowledge in risk and incident management.
• Familiarity with threats, attack vectors, Zero Trust model, and Defence-in-Depth architecture.
• Knowledge of regulations, compliance requirements, ISO 27001, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Experience managing project budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, business, and management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing suppliers and procurement processes.
• Ability to create documentation and reports for business and technical audiences.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or equivalent certifications.

• Manage cybersecurity projects from planning through implementation to closure.
• Coordinate work of technical teams, business units, and suppliers.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Monitor compliance with security regulations, policies, and standards.
• Support activities related to cybersecurity risk management, information security, and incident handling.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication in the project.
• Prepare reports, presentations, recommendations, and project documentation.
