• Well-developed communication skills to explain tech issues to non-technical users without jargon
• Solid understanding of computers and basic IT systems
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS – installing systems, creating user accounts, connecting peripherals
• Excellent English – written and spoken
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment
• Self-organization – take notes, track tasks, and update statuses without reminders

Nice to have:

• Experience helping friends or family with tech setup or troubleshooting
• Curiosity about tools like Intune, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, or Google Workspace
• Passion for gadgets, technology, and improving user experience

• Set up and maintain IT equipment: laptops, docking stations, monitors, cables, printers, and peripherals
• Support employees with day-to-day tech issues in the Warsaw office
• Troubleshoot and replace basic hardware components
• Maintain and support conference room devices (Logitech, ASUS Google Meet)
• Keep inventory records up to date and help organize hardware base
• Use Jira Cloud to track and respond to support tickets
• Support internal moves and hardware reassignments
