Senior Engineering Manager (Resilience)

• Strong understanding of distributed systems in a microservices environment.
• Deep background in SRE or production engineering with interest in AI-assisted operations.
• Senior engineering management experience managing Team Leaders and Senior Technical Leaders.
• Problem-solving skills with understanding of system and organizational constraints.
• Familiarity with observability best practices, traffic management, and production reliability at scale.
• Experience owning end-to-end reliability programs beyond team management.

• Own the mission and outcomes of the Resilience group, including platform availability and incident response performance.
• Identify and systematically solve bottlenecks across the platform to improve observability and detection.
• Define technical strategy with the Group Tech Lead and translate it into actionable work for teams.
• Manage and develop Team Leaders, ensuring cross-team alignment and growth.
• Understand platform architecture, usage, and product context to identify critical problems.
• Own and improve incident response practices including tooling, escalation paths, and post-mortems.
